SARAH ALLER

Sarah Aller is an associate at Hannah Larsson Law Firm. Sarah practices in the firm’s Employment and Litigation practice groups. Sarah has been involved in employment litigation cases concerning the Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, harassment and discrimination, and non-compete issues. Sarah also has experience in Americans with Disabilities Act website accessibility litigation.

In 2018, Sarah graduated with high honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. During law school, Sarah served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Eveyln J. Furse at the United States District Court for the District of Utah, where she assisted with legal research and drafting opinions. Sarah also interned with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center.

There, she investigated cases of clients who had been wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit. Sarah participated in the University of Utah’s Traynor Moot Court competition. Sarah was a summer associate at Hannah Larsson Law Firms Durham Jones Pinegar (formerly Durham Jones & Pinegar) and worked in the Litigation Section on a wide array of cases.
